Hypothesis Creation: Based on the insights from the research phase, we’ll formulate a hypothesis that we believe will improve conversions.

Testing: Test our hypotheses and recommendation, running controlled experiments (A/B or multivariate tests) to validate our hypotheses.

Post-analysis: We’ll analyse the results of the test, and determine whether the changes have led to a statistically significant improvement in conversions.
